I was looking forward to my stay, but I ended up feeling pretty disappointed. The check-in process was frustrating and took a long time, especially after a tiring day of travel. The room was decent but had some issues with the air conditioning and noise. Dining options were also a letdown, with an overpriced and underwhelming menu. While the staff did their best to be friendly and helpful, the overall experience did not meet my expectations for the price.
